Pues bien, el <strong>Social Selling <\/strong>podr\u00eda definirse por su traducci\u00f3n como <em>Venta Social<\/em>, y consiste en el desarrollo de relaciones de confianza como parte del proceso de ventas. Est\u00e1 demostrado seg\u00fan un estudio de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ubc.ca\/\">Universidad de Columbia Brit\u00e1nica<\/a>, que <em>\u201ccuando existen similitudes en gustos o de identificaci\u00f3n particular, es m\u00e1s probable que se realice una compra\u201d. <\/em>Dicho de otro modo, si como empresa encuentras los factores de filiaci\u00f3n dominantes entre tus clientes potenciales, podr\u00e1s obtener ese v\u00ednculo necesario con ellos para aumentar tus ventas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ejemplos de Social Selling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pongamos\nun ejemplo para explicarlo con mayor claridad: Dos personas que no se conocen\nde nada tender\u00e1n a llevarse mejor si, por ejemplo, las dos son del mismo equipo\nde f\u00fatbol, o comparten gustos musicales, televisivos, etc. Este ejemplo puede\naplicarse tanto con personas f\u00edsicas, como con personas jur\u00eddicas, y es ah\u00ed\ndonde el <strong>Social Selling <\/strong>adquiere un\npapel protagonista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teniendo\ntoda esta informaci\u00f3n en cuenta, se puede afirmar que la b\u00fasqueda de\nsimilitudes incidentales con clientes potenciales y empresas, es una inversi\u00f3n\nde gran valor de cara a poner en marcha una estrategia de <strong>Social Selling<\/strong>, con todas las ventajas que tiene esta t\u00e9cnica desde\nun punto de vista comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\nbien, creo que es importante establecer el siguiente matiz, el <strong>Social Selling<\/strong> debe de ser el\ndesarrollo de una identidad corporativa aut\u00e9ntica, y con \u201c<em>aut\u00e9ntica\u201d <\/em>me refiero a que no puede ser contradictoria ni\ndemasiado vol\u00e1til en el tiempo, porque puede causar el efecto careta<em>, <\/em>lo cual tendr\u00eda un impacto\ntremendamente negativo, ya que estar\u00edamos generando una sensaci\u00f3n de enga\u00f1o en\nel cliente.
